This service usually takes between 2-4 working days. Monday- Saturday.

 

EUROPE

Standard Shipping- £8.60

This service usually arrives within 10-14 working days.

Due to Brexit, orders from the EU will be charged import taxes upon entering your country. Unfortunately we are unable to estimate the costs of taxes as this differs between country. 

 

International

USA - £8.00

USPS - Service usually takes between 7-14 working days.

 

Canada

Tracked- £13

This service usually arrives within 10-20 working days.

 

Australia & New Zealand

Tracked Shipping ranging from £14-£30 depending on type of courier selected

This usually takes between 5-10 working days.

 

ASIA-  £15

Tracked service, can take up to 20 days.

 

REST OF WORLD-

Excluding UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Russia

£15- This is a tracked service, depending on your country the shipping time can range from 10-30 days. 

  

 

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

 

We ship from the UK so please check if you will be charged customs if you do not wish to pay these before ordering with us. If you refuse a shipment from SassySpud, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees that may occur on the package. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please contact us on info@sassyspud.com and we will send through the return address along with a return reference number. Note- as long as you email as about the return within the 14 days of receiving the order, we will still be able to process this :)
