Exchanges for gifts are extended to the 15th January 2026. Just make sure things are in the same condition they were received (not worn or washed, no pet hair, or spilled mulled wine.). If your recipient wishes to do a size exchange directly with us, all they'll need is the full name or email address the order was placed with.

Our e-gift cards are just what you need! They come in denominations of £10 - £100. Either forward via email to your recipient, or print and pop in a card if you're handing over the gift in person.

We’re currently covering all costs of additional duties or taxes on orders to the USA, so there’s nothing extra you’ll need to pay!

Typically we'll freshly print your item and dispatch it within 2-3 business days.
