Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a payment provider that may be available at checkout. If you choose a Klarna payment option, Klarna will provide the relevant payment information, eligibility checks, terms and conditions directly during checkout and in the Klarna app.
How does Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments work?
If available at checkout, Klarna Pay in 3 lets eligible customers split the cost into three payments. The first payment is usually taken when the order is confirmed, with the remaining payments due later according to Klarna’s payment schedule. Klarna will show the full payment plan, eligibility information and terms before you complete your order.

Am I eligible for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
Klarna payment options are subject to eligibility, status and Klarna’s checks at checkout. You must be at least 18 and meet Klarna’s requirements. Availability may vary depending on your circumstances, order value and other factors assessed by Klarna. Klarna will show the terms that apply before you complete your purchase.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
Klarna assesses each order individually. To help Klarna complete its checks, make sure your full name, billing address, shipping address, contact details and payment details are accurate and up to date. Being accepted for Klarna before does not guarantee that it will be available for every order, and being declined once does not mean it will always be declined in future.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you choose Klarna at checkout, you may be asked to provide details such as your mobile number, email address, billing address and payment card information. Please make sure these details are accurate so Klarna can provide your payment schedule, updates and any important information about your order.
Will a credit search take place against me?
Klarna may carry out eligibility and credit-related checks when you choose a Klarna payment option. The checks used, and how they may appear, will depend on Klarna’s current process and the payment option selected. Klarna will provide the relevant information before you complete your purchase. Why have I not been offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments?
Klarna payment options are not always available for every order or every customer. Availability is decided by Klarna at checkout and may depend on factors such as your details, the order value, payment history, item availability and Klarna’s eligibility checks.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
Available Klarna payment options, if any, will be shown at checkout. Klarna will confirm the payment schedule, eligibility requirements and terms before you complete your order. You can also view your Klarna purchases and payment schedule in the Klarna app.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?
Once we have accepted and processed your cancellation or return, we will update Klarna. Klarna will then adjust your payment schedule, cancel future scheduled payments where applicable, or process any refund due in line with Klarna’s terms. You can check the status in the Klarna app.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
If you miss a Klarna payment, Klarna will contact you about the outstanding amount and the next steps. Late fees, collection steps or other consequences may apply depending on Klarna’s current terms and the payment option selected. You can view payment due dates and manage your payments in the Klarna app.
Paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Please only use Klarna if you can afford the repayments.
I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this correct?
Yes. You can view your Klarna purchases and payment schedule in the Klarna app or by logging in through Klarna’s UK website.
Is my payment information safe?
Klarna processes payment information securely. Card details are not held by Look Good, Do Good Ltd. Please see Klarna’s privacy and security information for more detail on how payment data is handled.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. You can manage your Klarna payments, including paying early where available, in the Klarna app or through Klarna’s UK website.
Have you received my payment?
Klarna will usually send updates about payment due dates, successful
payments and failed payments. If you are unsure whether a payment has been received, check the Klarna app or log in through Klarna’s UK website to view your order and payment status.
What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?
After we receive and process your return, we will update Klarna. If you make a partial return, Klarna may send an updated payment schedule. If you make a full return, future scheduled payments may be cancelled and any refund due will be processed in line with Klarna’s terms. You can monitor the status in the Klarna app.
I’ve received a statement, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived, please contact our support team so we can check the delivery status. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service through the Klarna app to ask about the payment due date while the order is being checked.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
Once we have registered your cancellation or return, any refund due will be processed back through the original payment method in line with our refund process and Klarna’s terms. Refund timing may vary depending on Klarna and your payment provider.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are normally issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid using Klarna, Klarna will update your payment schedule or process any refund due in line with its terms.
I haven’t received my Klarna statement or payment information. What should I do?
You can view your Klarna orders and payment schedule in the Klarna app or by logging in through Klarna’s UK website.
