Was just about to message Sassy Spud. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't received my order yet? I also have no tracking number for the item and I believe my order should have arrived a week or two ago

I ordered this as a Christmas present for me daughter and she loves it. The service was excellent, great communication and it arrived in good time in spite of the postal strikes.
