About this Sweater
We print and embroider our designs on ethically produced Sweatshirts made in WRAP certified factories (Sweatshop-free, ALWAYS)
They are printed using water based vegan inks, which use 7 times less water than conventional fabric dyeing processes. They are also not tested on animals (of course).
Shipped in recyclable and biodegradable packaging.

UPDATE❗️

SHIPPING- Royal Mail have reported lengthly delays shipping to certain countries outside of the UK. The more affected countries in lockdown are reporting up to 30 working days for deliveries to arrive.

Are your products ethically made?
We currently use the Stanley & Stella brand for our shirts which are 100% Organic cotton, and then we print them here in the UK using vegan water based inks.
We also use 100% recyclable and biodegradable packaging to ship our orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! International shipping costs £6-£10.
Does my order come with tracked shipping?
If you would like tracking information with your order you need to select Recorded Delivery at checkout.Standard shipping outside of the UK does not come with tracking.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Each shirt is printed or embroidered to order, this usually takes around 4-6 business days, and then shipping time should be calculated after dispatch.
For the UK- Usually 2-5 days depending on choice of postage.
For Europe- Can take up to 14 days depending on choice of postage.
And for the rest of the world- 10-14 days
I think my order got lost – what should I do?
Please first consult your expected order delay:
UK 3-8 business days
Europe 10-20 business days
Canada 10-20 business days
Australia 10-20 business days
International 10-20 business days
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery delay, as indicated above, please contact us via email (info@sassyspud.com) as soon as possible so we can help you out. Unreceived orders must be reported to us within 30 days after the shipping date. Unfortunately we are unable to replace missing orders if not reported within this time frame.

I missed my delivery and the shirts are being returned to you. Now What?
If you missed delivery and didn't pick up the package within the designated delivery pickup time or input an incorrect address, the shirts will be returned to us and we will notify you when they arrive. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the reshipping of items so we will send an invoice to you to cover the shipping of your items again.
Will I have to pay any taxes/duties with my order?
You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These vary per country but are usually very rare with our orders. All custom fees are the receiver of the orders responsibility. Please be aware that SASSYSPUD does not have any control over any duties, taxes or customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These are randomly selected and we cannot predict these nor can we predict the cost.
I want to cancel my order!
Customers need to email info@sassyspud.com within 24 hours of placing their order to cancel, as we start embroidering and printing the items as soon as we can.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately as each order is printed and embroidered individually, we can't accept returns or exchanges at the minute. We make all of our items to order and don't have a warehouse with stock to be able to "swap" sizes or returns for customers yet (Hopefully in the near future!) So please double check the size guide before ordering. The only exception is if you have received a damaged or misprinted item.
